Mike Berning is CARRA's Assistant Center Chief for Infrastructure where he oversees the development of interagency agreements to acquire administrative records data; the activities associated with the ingest and preliminary processing of those data; and, the provisioning of the data for production and research.

Erin J. Farley joined the JRSA staff in May 2015 as a Research Associate working on the Pre-Trial Justice Institute Project. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech and her Ph.D. in Criminology from the University of Delaware. Prior to working at JRSA Dr. Farley was a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Court Innovation in NYC where she worked on a number of projects including an evaluation of Intelligence Driven Prosecution in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, the Manhattan Mental Health Court, and a randomized trial of an evidence-based assessment protocol in New York City drug courts. She has co-authored reports on indigent defense reforms in Brooklyn, as well as the Adolescent Diversion Program, Judicial Diversion, Improving Courtroom Communication, and the Bronx Family Treatment Court.
